“Skip” Wipson

Mr.
Wipson is a founder and Managing Partner of Excelsior Equity Partners.
Having spent twelve years in corporate strategic advisory for emerging
growth companies, he has advised on over 25 merger and acquisition
engagements, representing over $5 billion in shareholder value. In
addition, as head of RBC Capital Markets Semiconductor Investment
Banking practice, Mr. Wipson helped corporate clients raise almost $2
billion in growth capital through public and private financings.
Preceding his tenure at RBC, he spent five years at McKinsey &
Company as a senior manager in Minneapolis and Sydney, Australia,
specializing in strategy and M&A.
Mr.
Wipson received his M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s
Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. from the U.S. Air Force
Academy. He served in the U.S. Air Force for five years as a captain
and an advanced jet instructor pilot.
Rick Ehrman

Mr.
Ehrman is a founder and Managing Partner of Excelsior Equity Partners.
In addition, he is the Chairman and CEO of L4 Media Group, a group of
15 Class A broadcast television stations in the US. Prior to forming L4
Media Group in November of 2005, he spent 12 years as an executive with
the General Electric Company. Most recently he held the position of
Vice President of Corporate Development at ShopNBC (NASDAQ:VVTV), a
minority investment of NBC/GE.
Mr.
Ehrman was responsible for identifying, developing, and managing
revenue diversification opportunities including cable distribution,
mergers & acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives. He
assisted in growing the home shopping network’s business from
$90MM to $700MM in sales in less than 5 years.
Prior to
ShopNBC, Mr. Ehrman was with NBC where he completed multiple private
equity investments, led in executing deals for NBC interactive and
cable operations and developed an online strategy for CNBC before
divesting the company to Microsoft in 2001 (CNBC.com). He began his
career at GE in the highly competitive ”Corporate Audit
Staff” where he participated and ran multiple M&A and
integration projects for different GE businesses in the US, Europe and
Asia.

Mr.
Kline is an Associate with Excelsior Equity Partners. Mr. Kline is
responsible for analyzing new investments and managing the day-to-day
operations of the firm. Prior to joining Excelsior Equity Partners, Mr.
Kline served as an Investment Banking Analyst Intern at Northland
Securities while attending graduate school. In graduate school he was
an active member of the Aristotle Fund, a student managed mid-cap
portfolio. Mr. Kline has also worked for Ameriprise Financial,
previously American Express Financial Advisors.
Mr.
Kline received his M.B.A and B.A. in finance from the University of St.
Thomas.
